How does the process work when ordering custom paddles in bulk?
Our team will work closely with your organization to understand your vision and specific needs. We'll begin by gathering key information about your brand, including any messaging, colors, logos, or other assets you'd like incorporated into your custom paddle. From there, we'll create an initial design concept for your review and feedback. Once you're happy with a design, we'll produce a physical sample for you to evaluate. Upon design approval, we'll confirm a delivery date and start the production of your custom paddles.
What all can be customized when placing a bulk order for my organization?
Nearly every aspect of the paddle can be tailored to your vision — from the paddle graphics to the edge guard, grip, end cap and handle band. Our team will work with you to deliver a custom paddle that reflects your brand identity. All of our paddles are USA Pickleball approved.
Can your custom paddles be personalized for each member of my organization?
Yes! In addition to delivering a fully customizable paddle, we can open up personalization options that allow you to add text to the paddle face or end cap. Whether it is a name, a number or a meaningful phrase, this option is perfect for situations when you want to give that extra touch to make each paddle truly unique.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
Yes. Depending on the quantity of paddles you are looking for, we will absolutely work with you on volume discounts.
Is there a minimum order quantity on custom designed paddles for my organization?
Nope! Whether you need 1 paddle or 1,000 paddles, we'll work with you to turn your vision into reality. With that said, the cost per paddle is significantly less as quantity increases as each custom paddle goes through the same design, review and production process regardless of quantity ordered.
Are the paddles USA Pickleball approved?
Yes, all of our paddles available for customization are USA Pickleball approved.
How long will it take to receive my bulk order?
The timeline from initial contact to fulfilling your custom paddle order for your organization is highly dependent upon several key factors including client response time, customization options and quantity. Once we get an understanding on these items we can provide a more detailed timeline for delivery. Generally speaking, most custom orders can be fulfilled in 4-8 weeks. Smaller orders may have a quicker turnaround time while larger orders or those requiring the procurement of non-stock colors may require additional lead time.
