We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products — that is why we offer a no hassle 30 day return policy on all purchases.
30 Day No Hassle Returns
Most custom products are typically not covered by a return policy, however we are so confident that you will love your custom paddle from Ink + Dink that we offer a no hassle 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will provide you with a full refund less any shipping fees.
Conditions
Please note the following before returning an item:
- Product must not be damaged as a result of improper use (e.g., striking anything other than the ball)
- Product must be returned in the original packaging
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
- Ink + Dink is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to confirm delivery
- Our 30 day return policy does not apply to bulk orders
Return Process
To return an item, please submit a Return Request. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to complete your return. Please do not return your item without first receiving a RMA number as it may cause delays in the return process.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
